Your Mission

As Senior Marketing Executive at Agigo, you will lead and execute global marketing initiatives that drive revenue, elevate our brand, and strengthen our ecosystem. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the intersection of growth and positioning - shaping our messaging, building pipeline, managing our external presence, and partnering across functions. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and our Executive Leadership Team to position Agigo as a global leader in AI-driven enterprise transformation.

Areas of Responsibility

• Own and execute Agigo’s global B2B marketing strategy across brand, digital, partner, and field marketing

• Lead demand generation campaigns to support enterprise sales and partner pipelines

• Establish clear, transparent reporting of marketing spend and performance to support a metrics-based ROI-driven sales-marketing approach

• Develop and manage co-marketing programs with system integrators, ISVs, BPOs, and technology partners

• Create thought leadership content, executive messaging, and product positioning that resonate across industries

• Collaborate with PR firms and media to expand Agigo’s visibility and global narrative

• Liaise with public bodies and advocacy groups to promote responsible AI policies

• Plan and manage industry events, executive roundtables, and webinars across key regions

• Build foundational marketing operations - aligning CRM, analytics, and reporting with growth objectives

• Serve as a strategic advisor to our Executive Leadership Team on market messaging, positioning, and storytelling

• Represent Agigo at industry events, demos, and executive briefings
  
  

What You Bring

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• 7–12+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong track record in tech or SaaS/PaaS scale-ups

• Expertise in enterprise marketing, ideally within AI, automation, BPO-services, CX, or platform-based businesses

• Demonstrated success leading global marketing programs, partner marketing, and PR/communications

• Strong capabilities in content strategy, digital demand generation, and event execution  

• A data-driven mindset with deep knowledge of marketing metrics, sales funnels, and campaign performance

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - with the ability to shape both the message and the moment

• Proven experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and external partners

• Willingness to travel, as needed - likely up to 60% at times

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
