‍Your Mission

As a Business Strategy & Operations Intern, you will be at the heart of AGIGO’s strategic initiatives. You will assist in shaping business operations, optimising processes, and supporting the implementation of key projects across our sales and operations teams. This is a dynamic role, giving you the chance to work closely with our leadership team and have direct exposure to the strategic planning and sales-marketing execution of a high-growth global company. Upon successful completion of the internship, there may be an opportunity to transition into a full-time role within AGIGO’s sales, marketing, or operations teams.

‍Areas of Responsibility

• Assist in strategic planning, data analysis, and operational optimisation for various business functions

• Support the sales and operations teams with market research and competitive analysis

• Support sales with sales materials, meeting preparation, participation, and follow-ups including minutes, proposals, and offers

• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management

• Collaborate with internal teams to implement business strategies and operational best practices

• Provide general administrative support to the sales and operations teams and management
  

What You Bring

We are looking for a highly analytical, organised, and results-driven individual who is ready to contribute to AGIGO’s growth. The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Economics, Strategy, Operations, or a related field

• Relevant work experience (e.g. internships, projects, or part-time roles) in sales, business development, business strategy, or operations is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or similar tools; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus

• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus  

• The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
