Your Mission
As Principal Sales Engineer at Agigo, you will play a key technical role in engaging with enterprise customers, understanding their technical requirements, and aligning our AI platform solutions to meet their business needs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for technical discussions with both internal teams and client stakeholders, leading product demos, implementation reviews, and providing feedback to shape our product roadmap. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring successful enterprise software implementations, particularly in telephony systems, contact center infrastructure, and conversational AI.

Areas of Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and position Agigo’s platform as the ideal solution
- Lead product demos and ensure technical alignment with customer needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical discussions with both clients and internal teams
- Map customer requirements to technical teams for feedback and successful solution delivery
- Advocate for product features and ensure smooth implementations, addressing any technical challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product offerings and align internal operations with business goals
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage geographically distributed teams
- Represent Agigo at industry events, demos, and executive briefings
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 6–10+ years of experience in SaaS/PaaS software platforms, with AI/ML experience a plus
- Expertise in telephony systems and contact center infrastructure such as AWS Connect or Genesys
- Strong knowledge of APIs, iPaaS, and integration options
- Proven track record in large-scale enterprise software implementations and solutions architecture Â
- Ability to manage complex projects independently and work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in engaging technical as well as non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to travel, as needed - likely up to 80% at times
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
