Your Mission

As CX ResearchEngineer at Agigo, you will lead user research initiatives and applied experimentation to optimise how customers experience Agigo’s AI platform. At the intersection of engineering, UX, and product, your work will directly inform product strategy, user flows, and the configuration of AI-driven customer journeys. You will blend qualitative insight with data-driven experimentation to ensure our technology delivers measurable, delightful outcomes in real-world enterprise settings.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Design and run CX research initiatives to evaluate the performance and usability of our AI agents
  • Develop and analyse experiments around interaction design, conversation flows, and UX metrics
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to translate insights into product improvements
  • Instrument the platform for real-time behavioural feedback and operational metrics
  • Prototype and test alternative conversation and interaction designs in live environments
  • Represent the voice of the user across internal discussions, balancing usability with enterprise requirements
  • Document and communicate findings with clear, actionable recommendations



What You Bring

  • 4–8+ years of experience in customer experience research, UX engineering, or human-computer interaction
  • Strong grasp of qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Experience working on digital platforms or AI-powered products, preferably in enterprise settings
  • Ability to translate research insights into product changes and engineering requirements
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and usage analytics  
  • Technical proficiency (e.g. in Python, JavaScript, or prototyping tools) is a strong plus
  • Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Data Science, or a related field
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
