Your Mission
As Partner Account Executive, you will build and manage a portfolio of strategic partners, including system integrators (SIs), independent software vendors (ISVs), resellers, solution consultants, and BPO companies. You will co-sell into enterprise accounts, enable partners on our platform, and ensure mutual success as part of Agigo’s partner-centric go-to-market strategy. Your work will be key to scaling our reach, growing revenue, and creating value for Agigo and our partner ecosystem.

Areas of Responsibility
- Identify, onboard, and activate strategic partners across key markets
- Build and execute joint go-to-market strategies tailored to each partner
- Drive pipeline development in collaboration with sales teams
- Support partner enablement, training, and certification on the Agigo platform
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to develop partner-ready content and playbooks
- Track KPIs, partner influence, and deal flow to ensure performance and accountability
- Represent Agigo at industry events, demos, and executive briefings

What You Bring
We are looking for a strategic and relationship-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- 4–8+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or enterprise sales in a SaaS or platform environment
- A strong background working with sales, channel partners, or ecosystem alliances
- Solid understanding of B2B go-to-market strategies and partner economics
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with conversational AI, CX platforms, or enterprise technology is a plus Â
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently in a high-growth environment
- A hunter mindset with strong storytelling and consultative selling capabilities
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
