Your Mission
As Senior Engagement Manager, you will own the end-to-end success of our largest enterprise clients.You will act as the strategic point of contact post-sale - ensuring smooth onboarding, high-value implementation, and long-term client success. You will work across industries such as finance, retail, telecom, healthcare, travel, and robotics, partnering closely with our technical support, product, and salesteams to turn complex deployments into scalable, trusted relationships.

Areas of Responsibility
- Act as the main engagement lead for assigned enterprise accounts - driving strategy, alignment, and long-term value
- Coordinate onboarding, technical deployment, and integration efforts with support from internal teams
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives to expand usage across business units and regions
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders - both business and technical
- Monitor engagement health, ensure project milestones are met, and proactively manage risks and escalations

What You Bring
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on engagement leader who thrives in a client-facing role within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, AI/ML solutions, or PaaS implementations in a client-facing role (e.g. Engagement Management, Strategic Customer Success,Consulting, or Program Management)
- A proven track-record of working successfully in similar role(s) with or within large-scale or global enterprises
- Deep understanding of enterprise technology deployments; experience in voice AI, CX platforms, or contact center systems is a plus
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and business acumen
- Ability to navigate complex decision-making environments and cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
